Team Joup
JOUP started as an owner operator with a dream and a vision to bring fresh, tasty food to as many people as we could.
As we grew, so did the team giving us the platform to invest in people and bring opportunities for their future growth.
Becoming a franchise partner with Domino's in 2007 and Pret A Manger in 2024.
The group is now heavily invested into growing the Pret A Manager side of the business across Scotland.

Free Food
Each working day you receive a daily free food allowance, including breakfast if you work this shift.

Flexible Hours
We don’t believe in zero-hour contracts. Every single one of our employees has minimum committed hours.
We also issue our rota’s at least two weeks in advance so you can live your life to the fullest!

Mystery Shopper Bonus
Every member of the team (except managers) can earn an additional £1.25 per hour in bonus per hour worked for that week if they achieve their mystery shopper bonus.

2002
Joup Organic
Our journey started In 2002 as a organic coffee shop in the south side of Glasgow with the intention of supplying fresh nutritious soup and sandwiches to the local community. A fresh, innovative café in a bustling suburb.
2007
Domino's Pizza
We were thrilled to become a Domino's Pizza Franchise acquiring the Dundee City Quay Store with our focus being on achieving impeccable brand standards and creating incredible teams to help deliver the best service and product we possibly could
2019
Angus Court
Joup property developed a 1 acre site comprising of 3 inline units and a drive thru subsequently let to Starbucks, Domino’s and Greggs. Taking an area of unsightly wasteland on the outskirts of the city and turning it into a destination site with something for all.
2024
Pret A Manger
Returning to our roots we were honoured to become a Pret A Manger Franchise Partner. We Divested 3 Pret stores and started on an extensive development plan to open an additional 4 stores in 2024
We also have some ambitious growth plans and plenty of opportunities over the coming months and years!

About Joup Pret
Founded in 2002, Joup ltd began life as an organic soup and sandwich shop. The company soon outgrew this adventure and within five years changed their direction to become a franchise partner with Dominos.
In the coming years Joup ltd established itself in Scotland and once again looked to branch out into our latest venture as a franchise partner with Pret A Manger.
Purchasing three established stores from Pret and opening new stores in Dundee and Edinburgh in 2024 with strong goals for growth and an aggressive expansion plans.
